Anyone have any information on what our class has acomplished so far or knows of anything that needs to be done for the commemoration project?  I got snowed into Colorado springs last week after spring break and yesterday I was ill. (second year in a row my spring break got junked up because of snow and i would blame the illness on the overwhelming amount of EVERYTHING due this coming week.) 

I really need to get caught up and was wondering if there was anything extra that needed to be done or if we had divided into groups….really any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance all!

Soo for those of you that celebrate it, Happy Easter!  This week has been crazy- and i know it’s not gonna slow down any time soon! yieks!!!  Im freaking out! stressing out!! pretty much going crazy!!  The 21st was Big B’s Birthday- he got a cupon to race around a professional race track with a real nascar driver…….i wasnt there to see him open it, but i’m pretty sure he about peed himself when he opened it!  Tree’s birthday is today- she turns 18, finally leagal, 18 years and this is the first time her birthday has ever landed on easter.  I know what she got for her birthday! also something very exciting but i can’t post it until she calls me, because she does check up on her big sis on here sometimes. 

So last night i was the total geek.  I love holidays!! So I packed a big basket filled with the a crap load of candy, the super smash brother’s game for wii, ect- for fiance’ waited for him to fall asleep and hid eggs as well.  He’s a big kid when it comes to holidays and he really enjoyed it! He even surprised me and got me a small basket with the movie enchanted and tons of candy for me!! YAY! what a de-stresser!

Plans for today include – writing 2 papers, studying for 1 mid-term, going to see “College Road Trip” (thats for the Fiance’- he’s addicted to Disney Channel) and then my neighbor upstairs is makin some good dinner!!  It’s gonna be a good, productive day off

OOOOK! I am at that point.  I need every credit i am taking this semester to graduate.  I signed up for *Un-named’s* course because i needed the credit (a requirement)  and i thought i could do it.  It seemed to be getting harder and harder every week and i just cant do it.  As it stands right now i believe i am failing.  THIS BITES!!  Sooo….its come to this……..I wrote Kelly Dunne because i believe i will be using that elective withdrawal to get out of that class….and in turn…….be forced to withdrawal from my graduation portfolio class……….and again in turn………start over in the fall………   I just dont know what to do!!!!

OHHH yea……….and in writing this i just realized that my class i need isnt offered in the fall…….only the spring……………..i dont know what to do!!!!!!!! :’(

Tomorrow- buttcrack of dawn leave for metro to COLORADO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAY!!!!!! im so excited i cant wait i get to go dress shopping with my sister for the wedding…..not my dress, i already have that!  But we get to go actually buy her bridesmaid dress and my mommy’s dress for the wedding and lots of shopping! CANT WAIT!

SOOOOO…..if you’ve read my previous posts you might know that I work in the tysons area at a cell phone store.  Apparently our phones are pretty popular and the stores make a good bit of money, BECAUSE, lately there have been a string of armed robberies in the cities just above the MD border.  If you know where tysons is…..its right below the border for MD/VA.  SOOO my company has now installed security gaurds at each of the stores in the DC South Market.  Yes, so you would think this would be good and reassuring……but no.  The Manassas Store go a sweet ass security gaurd (good looking, buff, full “im gonna beat you down” outfit and everything. oh yea…and a gun!)

Tysons??? not so much.  We have a rather large fellow, with glasses and is very softspoken and lazy.  He likes to just sit around and do pretty much…..nothing.  The alarms started going off on one of the phone displays yesterday (that ment someone pulled on it too hard or tried to pull the phone off the jack) and he just sat there talking on his phone. HELLLLLLO????…..oh but it gets better…..

SOOO at about 2:00ish…..A police officer goes driving by very slowly.  Then another goes flying by with lights and they zip around the corner.  “Ok…somethin is goin down” i thought! Sure enough about 5 minutes later a police officer comes running in my store and askes if we saw anyone run by or anything suspicious or if anyone else was in our store. “No, why?” “Be on the look out” he said.  “The PNC bank above you was just robbed at gunpoint, we are looking for a man about 5′7, grey shirt and jeans”  “HOLLY CRAP!!!!”

Soooo my trusty old security gaurd….laughes….and starts discussing the fact that “There aint nothin to worries about now.  If dat man is smart he be long gone now, he aint around here.”……….what if he is????  Our security gaurd doesn have that kick-yo-ass outfit, he looks like a nomal guy in black pants and a jacket.  However he didnt get his gun till like the second day he worked at our store because his boss had to drop one off to him because he just started at the company the day before……….ooooo I feel safe now! 

Sooo i finalized my ticket to Colorado for Spring Break!!! I can’t wait to go shopping with my sister. 

Secondly- I went to DC with my BF for the EL project…he hates museums but actually was a little interested this time.

Lastly, on a more serious note….I am a gossip junkie! Sooo i check TMZ.com allll the time.  This time i found something very sad.  Ellen had a conversation on her show about an incident that happened right before valentines day and i couldn’t agree more with the way she handled the situation.  NOT boasting about her being gay, but asking that everyone should be treated equally….no one deserves to be murdered over the feelings of a heart.

I read Jessica’s blog and it gave me a good idea.  Im so stressed about everything going on right now that I dont even know where to begin!! 

March 10-16 Colorado for Spring Break!

May 6-12 San Diego for Fiance’s Winner Circle Award! (#2 Manager in entire Mid Atlantic Division! of course that is all pending the week of finals! ugh!!)

May 17- graduating! (hopefully) decided not to walk. but it will be nice to say im done!

May 24-27th  Colorado Again for Tree’s Graduation! (the Baby of the family is headin for College!)

June 26-July 5 VA Beach for our Wedding

July 6-15 Honeymoon in the Bahamas! YAY!

July- ?? Job searching!! (heard PW county and FX county schools were so desperate for teachers they were accepting anyone with a degree as long as they had the intent to get a license to teach)

Aug- hopefully start teaching in my own classroom!

December 31-January 2nd IL for New Years!! (Cousin turns 21, Aunt Turns 40…someone say party??)

annnnd that brings us to a year from now! im pooped just writing about it all!  guess i better get started on the homework that is due tomorrow…..ugh

Welll… my parents came into town for the week to go over some wedding stuff.  So we all went to VA beach this weekend so the parents could officially meet(my mom hadn’t met his step-dad yet)  and all went well.  We all drank the first night and partied it up….i drank a little toooo much and was a zombie the rest of the weekend.  Parents got along real well though.  Spent both nights drinking, laughing carrying on and playing wii.  All in all it was a good trip even though we didn’t really get a whole lot of wedding stuff done.

I was a little disappointed in yesterday commemoration craziness!  I didn’t think it was handled well at all in terms of choosing a topic.  While I don’t mind commemorating Sean Taylor at all, I just don’t think it was fair the way we picked the topics.  We initially started out each giving a few topics we wanted to research.  (First problem, If we wrote them on the paper, then we at least had 1-2 people that wanted it as an option!!!)

Then we were asked if there were any that we “seriously” didn’t want to do at all……so people just start yelling out answers that they personally don’t like at all and they instantly get erased (Second problem, not everyone is going to agree on the same thing so you might have well just erased the whole board! Just because one person doesn’t take a liking to something, doesn’t mean that in the long run that it might have been the second or third option for others!)

Having decided on a large group is the worst………as far as I can see from how yesterdays class went its gonna be the wants and needs of those with the loudest mouths or most friends they can get to vote their way. (ugh politics) It took us that long to decide these two decisions and its gonna take us forever to finish the project.

………………..maybe something magical will happen for the rest of the project.

So I try to get ahold of Fiance last night and he’s not answering! Where could he be? OHH how about at the car dealership buying himself a new car??????????? WHAT???

Yes, he gets “bored” of cars and likes to change it up often! So….today he is out trying to finalize all the legal aspects of everything and get himself a new NISSAN 350Z…..ugh!!  I told him that wasnt fair because its my birthday that just happened so i should be getting the sports car           

he didn’t like that answer.

So i made him a deal…i said if you purchase that car and we gotta fork out all that money every month then i better be getting a gift that is equal to the monthy payment of the car! (trust me….thats a pretty sweet ass deal!)
